Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. All sales are final; however, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly issue a full refund or replacement.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@easeifyshop.com, including your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Returns must be approved before sending any items back.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect personal choice
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care or hygiene items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Refunds (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, even if the item is not defective. Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Shipping costs for returns may apply.


United States Customers

While all sales are final under our policy, US customers are protected under consumer laws for defective or damaged products, which will be fully refunded or replaced upon approval.
